Reservation & Cancellation Policy for all current and future appointments: We require a valid credit card to be kept on file for all scheduled appointments. Consults will require a $50 deposit which will be applied to your invoice upon completion of services. If you fail to show up for your consult you will forfeit your deposit. All no shows will automatically be charged a $50 fee. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to any appointments booked Tuesday - Friday and 48 hours prior to Saturday appointments. Please confirm your appointment when you receive your reminder from Hello Beautiful. If we are not in Spa, please leave a voicemail notifying us of the cancellation (same time frame applies) messages are checked regularly.
